Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared on Daily Vocal before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, plus consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court and to accept service of process from the complainant.

We will forward valid counter-notifications to the complainant; the material may be restored within 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
